We service the 5 boroughs of NYC and surrounding areas, and all major New York airports. You must schedule a minimum of 2 hours before your pick up time. Round trips are available.

• Alert sent with details about the vehicle to expect.

• Pet secured in vehicle. We provide seat covers and seatbelt tethers. Cats must be in carriers.

Tipping is available on the app at the end of your pet’s journey. We encourage cashless transactions processed through the app for safety. Drivers keep 100% of their tips.
